Halls Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey is made from fresh, organic sun-ripened, Nelson apples that are carefully fermented to convert the natural sugars of the apple to alcohol. This hard cider is fermented again, to change the alcohol to acetic acid. Many of the nutritional benefits of the apple are retained in this process. We have then added pure NZ Manuka honey to naturally boost the tonic and provide a pleasant tasting drink.
